MEET TWO WOMEN WHO ADORE HOUSES ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE CLIENTS WHO WILL CALL THEM HOME.
Meet Chris and Randa. The Sisterhood of Integra, since 2008
Christine Pietsch
The reason I began a career in escrow? One word-"MOM." My mother asked a friend of hers to hire me at the young age of 17. It was a natural calling for me as I love escrow. From the beginning I loved the numbers, the organization of documents, the energy, balancing figures, and the pressure of immovable time lines. Escrow has been my career before I was legally an adult. From typing actual documents to the change to digital age, escrow still fascinates me and "getting it right" provides me with so much personal satisfaction. |
Randa Calmelat
I started escrow when my sister, Chris, got me a job as the receptionist at the company where she was working, also at the age of 17. Chris started in escrow two years before I. I immediately loved it because it often meant being part of our client’s largest personal investment. Interestingly, I always saw myself as an accountant, but the pace and the process of escrow, for me, is far more rewarding. |
Meet Mickey, LOUIE and PEPPER
Integra's best friends. You may see them occasionally lounging about the office, especially Mickey, who is Chris's owner. Pepper and Louie share parental responsibilities for Randa. And when necessary, they are experts at the what we call, the "smell-test," delivering an uncanny, nearly 100% accuracy on which closings will go the smoothest.
