Baseball is always preferred, but I know most American’s enjoy football and the super bowl is coming up! It will be the 52nd Super Bowl with the Eagles and the Patriots. Too bad the Vikings didn’t win, because it will be held in the new Viking Stadium at 6:30 p.m. ET on February 4th. Fun fact: This will be the first Super Bowl in Minnesota since 1992! As of right now, it is looking like the Eagles are the underdogs of this game and most likely who I will be rooting for.
The halftime show is being led by Justin Timberlake. This will be his 3rd time performing on the Super Bowl Halftime stage, giving him the title of “Most Appearances by an Individual Entertainer on the Super Bowl Halftime Stage”. You go Justin! This is Pepsi’s 6th year as title sponsor of the Super Bowl and its halftime show is the most-watched musical event of the year.
Can’t wait for 2022 when Los Angeles will be hosting the Super Bowl!
It’s finally 2018! I know we say this every year, but 2017 went by so fast. It was a great year for us at Integra Escrow and we are hoping that 2018 is just as nice to us! With the new year, comes new goals. Last year, I made it a point to not eat any meat, poultry or seafood. I successfully did that, and I feel a lot healthier! I am proud that I was able to accomplish this goal for myself, and I am hoping that I can accomplish more to better myself. I was thinking that maybe if I write down monthly goals to better myself, that it will become easier for me…and I think that it would be nice to share to see if we can do this together!
January: Drink More Water!!
February: Make Breakfast my biggest meal since that is what keeps me energized during the day.
March: GET MORE SLEEP AND STAY OFF ANY ELECTRONICS WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP! This one is especially hard for me.
April: Keep a detailed food journal. This helps me also keep track of what kind of vitamins I may be missing in my diet.
May: Increase my daily walking length.
June: Eat more veggies than fruit.
July: Portion Control! Another hard one…
August: Give up desserts. Everyone knows I love my chocolate!
September: Find a workout buddy. Although, I am not sure about this one. They may be a distraction LOL
October: Savor my meals. It takes someone’s brain 20 minutes to recognize fullness, so I figure its best to eat slower.
November: Live without social media this month to focus on the people around me and what is currently happening.
December: Cheat month!!!! With the holidays around, I think that it would be okay to indulge or maybe go a day without exercise.
I know some of these goals are harder than others, but I hope that everyone can achieve what they really want to in 2018. If you have any other goals that you’d like to share, please leave comments below! I would love to hear them…maybe even set them as mine :)
